Organization

The General Assembly elects the Executive Committee every four years, with a maximum of 15 members.

The Executive Committee elects the President, up to four Vice-presidents, a Secretary General and a Treasurer from among its members.

The General Assembly also elects the three members of the Auditor Committee and the three members of the Conciliation and Arbitration Committee.

The Association has its legal seat in Luxembourg, a seat in Brussels and operational offices in other European countries.
